The Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts and growing new business mainly in the Iberic Region. This position contributes to the growing of the business profitability through successful selling and promotion of both core and value added products and services. The Account Manager (m/f) will develop a thorough understanding of both new and assigned accounts’ business objectives, products and related market activities. Team selling and involvement of West resources aligned to the appropriate customer touch points are critical to effective Account Management. The Account Manager (m/f) is a self-starter who will quickly develop his or her ability to manage and grow business with a large number of accounts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience including Key Account Management
  • Based in Spain
  • Proven success in B2B-Sales
  • Willingness to travel as required by the position
  • English at a high level
  • Motivation to work in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Teamplayer (m/f)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Based in Madrid and Barcelona
