Role Summary/Purpose:Reporting to the Area Manager, he or she will be the main interlocutor for both new and recurrent customers for the sale of water treatment products and services in the south area of Spain. The position requires at least a 60% of travel to customer sites. Essential Responsibilities:The Account Manager GE Water Spain will: Identify and development new accounts and sales opportunities; -Maintain current accounts; -Manage development and execution of strategic sales plans; -Identify gaps in the market place that limit the sales; -Identify customers needs and prepare adjusted offers to meet their needs; -Plan and develop technical and sales offers; Maximize sales volumen in each customer.
-Chemistry degree or similar;-At least 4/5 years of experience in the water treatment or similar industry;-Fluent in English;-Proven sales experience;-Strong customer focus;-Results oriented;-Good communication skills (both oral and written);-Flexible: able to work in a uncertain environment;-Decisive: able to take calculated risks within his/her scope of responsibility;-Teamplayer.
