We are looking for Customer Service professionals to manage roadside assistance for an insurance international company. Descripción de la oferta You risponsabilities will be to assist individuals during their trips, the travel insurance policy, and the task will include: * To know in detail the different type of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case * Advise and orient customers towards an appropriate solution * Coordinate all necessary steps of assistance: Handle international telephone calls and emails, register cases, document actions into our computer based system, organize appropriate assistance, and ensure the closure of each file * Offer a rapid and tailored customer care response to their problems in line with the coverage guaranteed under the customers' insurance policy * Contact; cranes to collect vehicles, hotels and buy flights for clients * Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling * Administration of invoices and claims related to each case. Perfil del candidato * Excellent telephone customer care skills. * Excellent command of French (C2) Spanish and English (B2) oral and written. * Strong skills in logistics, languages and interpersonal relations. * High appreciation of teamwork * True interest and commitment for the corresponding shift (Non-rotative!) to 08h. Alternating work schedule of five work days, five days free respectively. * Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet), including strong typing ability Oferta de empleo * Stable contract: 3 months + 3 months + permanent * Intensive shifts Weekends and Bank Holidays * Competitive salary for 16h-24h per week: 750€/month + insurance after 6 months contract.
