Multinational company with offices in Madrid needs one person to the financial department.

Mission:
Ensure proper billing/payments to Amadeus customers, as well as reporting and business controlling of Amadeus revenues in order to safeguard and maximize company incomes.
Responsibility for a number of selected Customers being the entry point in the Department for every topic related to these customers both internally and externally.

Responsabilities:
-Billing and reference data maintenance
Ensure SAP (SD and MM modules) is properly set up.
Control and monitor billing of contracts/products you are in charge of.

-Commercial reporting
Produce commercial reports monitoring the revenue and distribution fees incurred by the contracts / products you are in charge of.

-Business Control
Track revenue deviations and Identify root causes for these deviations (discounts, contractual status…)
Propose corrective actions

-Customer Service
Entry point for Commercial Departments for a number of selected Customers: billing issues, contracts renegotiations…
Establish clear communication flows with Sales departments
Respond to clients adhoc requests regarding billing and commercial reporting topics

Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
Specific knowledge (e.g. Financial, Design, Marketing, etc):
English: High/Fluent. Other languages would be an asset.
PC skills: Advanced
SAP knowledge (SD/MM) would be an asset
