Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting female domiciliary carers to work in the Kent area for a leading domiciliary care provider. These vacancies are specifically in the following regions: Maidstone, Gravesend, Dartford, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Our client started as a family business in 2004 and today they are one of the largest and most renowned homecare providers in the UK. We are looking to recruit 5 female carers within the next month. To apply for these vacancies you do not need previous experience of working as a domiciliary carer as full training is provided. You must be a confident car driver with a good level of English and above all a compassionate, patient and caring person. The domiciliary carer is a very important link between a person living at home who needs some assistance and the community. During a normal shift, you may need to help them get in or out of bed, assisting with washing and dressing, assisting with medication, supporting them with meal preparation, feeding and sometimes just providing some company for people who can at the times feel lonely and isolated.
Location details: Maidstone is the county town of Kent, 32 miles (51 km) south-east of London. The river Medway runs through the centre of the town, linking it with Rochester and the Thames Estuary. Historically, the river was a source and route for much of the town's trade as the centre of the agricultural county of Kent, known as the Garden of England. Maidstone is a hub for major roads like the M20 motorway, the A229, A249, A20 and A26. The M2 motorway is a short distance to the north and the A21 also runs close to the town. The historic centre of the town is largely pedestrianised or with restricted access for private vehicles, which are diverted around a one way system. Gatwick is the closest London airport less than 40 miles away.
To be considered for this vacancy you must:
Good level of English

At least 21 years of age
Salary and benefits:
-Permanent guaranteed contract of 35 hours with the possibility of doing extra hours. Most of the overseas staff does an average of 50-60 hours per week
-Before probation salary is of £7.90 per hour during the week.£8 during the weekends and £11.95 during bank holidays
-After probation salary is £8.10 per hour during the week. £8.60 during the weekends and £12.15 during bank holidays
-Car hire of £6 per day. Company pays 20p per all business miles
-Temporary accommodation provided to help the transition to the UK. The first 2 weeks are free and then £85 per week. All rooms are individual and with wifi.
-28 days of holidays per year
-Dedicated overseas supervisor that will assist with the transition to the UK ( for instance opening bank account, National Insurance Number)
-Meet and greet to all candidates at the airport
-Phone and UK sim card provided
-Very experienced team supporting overseas carers
-Salary advances/loans potentially available on request
