The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is launching its exciting 2012 development programme. The IPP is a focused and intensive 23-month programme which affords you the opportunity to join this unique financial institution.

For two decades the EBRD has actively supported changing economies from the Western Balkans to the Mongolian steppes. Join the programme in Banking and you will be expected to participate in all aspects of project development and implementation with a particular focus on the credit and financial aspects of our investments. You will progressively gain more responsibilities and have a chance to get involved in more complex projects.

During your 23 months on the programme you will rotate through three six-month placements in our London Headquarters and undertake one five-month assignment in one of our countries of operations. You'll start and finish the programme in London.
