Role/ Mission The mission of Collaboration & Knowledge Management is to define strategy and governance model for the intranet and internal collaboration platforms. In particular this team is responsible of managing a number of SharePoint Sites including: • HR Knowledge Centre • EBE Team site • KM Community • Intranet Governance Site RESPONSIBILITIES The person will participate in the following main activity: • Support with the design and development of internal communities: Ensure high quality design and layout of pages in SharePoint. • Coordinate content owners to get feedback and content from them, animate discussions ensure involvement from the teams • Support definition of new intranet templates and areas Other tasks will include • Support on Collaboration Consulting projects: Provide support on deliverables related to the projects. Create presentations, graphics, banners • Support in the coordination with internal teams and stakeholders: Organize and animate monthly HR Task Force meetings, SharePoint Update meetings and KM meetings to ensure coordination and leverage of Collaboration initiatives
REQUIREMENTS Education: Business studies with strong emphasis on Internet, Communication or Knowledge Management Work Experience: 2 years experience managing a website Specific Knowledge: Good writing and communication skills: creating presentations, speaking in public. Should be organised and analytical AutonomousLanguages: Fluent English LevelComputing: Good understanding of web technologies
