The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is launching its exciting 2012 development programme. The IPP is a focused and intensive 23-month programme which affords you the opportunity to join this unique financial institution.

For two decades the EBRD has actively supported changing economies from the Western Balkans to the Mongolian steppes. Join the programme in Communications and you will be expected to contribute on a team to improve our external and internal communications efforts and ultimately raise the profile of the Bank. Working in a team of communications specialists, you will take part in a variety of tasks, from writing press releases and arranging media events, to organising a new cultural programme – gaining more and more responsibility as you go.

During your 23 months on the programme you will rotate through three six-month placements in our London Headquarters and undertake one five-month assignment in one of our countries of operations. You will start and finish the programme in London.
