* Standardise the equipment in our meeting rooms and lecture halls with advanced technologies to optimise efficiency and functionality for our users, keeping up to date with the latest techniques, and applying this knowledge to select, test and install PCs, projectors, LCD screens, and video/audio conferencing, sound and translation systems. * Monitor and maintain a fully operational service. * Operate the conference and meeting rooms. * Record video and audio of the events in these rooms and archive them on a central server. * Installing temporary mobile sound and projection systems for special events. * Actively collaborating with the webcast and videoconference services. * Managing the loan pool of audiovisual equipment.

Higher technical diploma or equivalent qualification in the field of audiovisual and/or multimedia operations.
Experience and competencies * A minimum of 3 years' experience in the operation of conference and meeting rooms. * Practical experience in filming, sound capture, lighting and projection. * Experience designing audiovisual installations in conference rooms would be an asset. * Conference, workshop & event organisation: thorough knowledge of audiovisual equipment and conference room equipment, operational knowledge of videoconferencing systems and simultaneous translation systems, knowledge of multi-camera video mixing stations such as Sony Anycast or Broadcast Pix. * Use of Office software packages: knowledge of video processing and editing software as well as streaming and encoding desired, mastery of and liking for common computer tools is essential. * Network support: general knowledge of computer networks.
