Functions:
A Business Group level:
- Definition of administrative procedures, and review of accounting policies and procedures.
- Definition of procedures for reporting financial information and control the implementation of compliance with the standards applied.
- Receiving, reviewing and analyzing financial reports and coordination with the financial departments of the various subsidiaries.
- Preparation of consolidated accounts and monthly monitoring of the closures of the various companies.
- Development / Monitoring of financial reporting for the Group Executive Committee. Ensure that accounting systems and circuits, financial and control are solid and reliable and consistent with other analytical information reported by the Finance area.
- Participation and support variation in the operations of consolidation perimeter.
- Simulation and modeling of potential changes in structure operations to assess their impact on the consolidated accounts and determine the operational strategies, financial and tax my appropriate.
- Monitoring and analysis of the impact of changing accounting standards and / or change of accounting standards (ie IFRS).
- Preparation of Financial Statements and Annual Accounts. Coordination of relations with external auditors.
- Lead projects with the aim of increasing efficiency (automation) and improve the quality of the ad hoc accounting projects.
- Work closely with the Task Accounting to ensure team objectives are achieved.

Training:
BA. Or similar business. Valuable or MBA in Finance Master

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years, 4 of them in a similar position in multinational company.

Languages:
- Bilingual English.

Others:
- High Skills Accounting (U.S. GAAP) experience.
- Taxes Knowledge
- ERP systems Knowledge (SAP desirable).
