Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible of the Iberia Sales Management. The main responsabilities are: - Leading, controlling, motivating, developing and teaching the sales team of Key Account Managers & Field Sales Managers - Planning and implementation of the sales and distribution goals according to budget - Continuous review of the sales budgets - turnover (monthly & quarterly) and profitability incl. steering of corrective measures - Analysis + recommendation of customer potentials and define 3 years strategic customer growth plans - Drafting, recommending and implementing sales activities and promotion activities for the direct and indirect customers - Leading and negotiation of contracts with current and potential new key customers - Category - analysis and recommendation based on shelf presence and distribution surveys - Leading and implementation of regional + national conferences, customer previews + product shows - Close cooperation within internal (= local and international) network - Monitor competition - retail and industry - Determination of training demand for team members and recommendation of training programs - Training on the job, store checks with sales team - Implement personnel reviews of direct staff members

| Requisitos: |
- Senior Sales management experience (5+ years), leading a sales organization of 10 people - Develop personal and professional growth targets for all sales staff - Responsible for performance appraisals and capability reviews - Ability to evaluate opportunities and the ability to understand the nature of the risks involved - Ability to create commercial opportunities and to identify those hard and soft requirements of partners and customers - Good business sense coupled with strategic mindset - Maintaining the European company working method - The right balance between your strategic and analytic capacities and a ?Just do it? mentality - Experience in Consumer Electronics is a pre - Working experience with distributors is a pre - Experience in working with MEDIA-SATURN and/or big Retail Key Accounts is a pre - Experience in management and leadership - A teamplayer who will solve all kind of challenges on his path together with his colleagues in Spain/Portugal and in the Netherlands - University degree - Perfect Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) - Fluent in English and Spanish
