The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is launching its exciting 2012 development programme. The IPP is a focused and intensive 23-month programme which affords you the opportunity to join this unique financial institution.

For two decades the EBRD has actively supported changing economies from the Western Balkans to the Mongolian steppes. Join the programme in Credit Portfolio and you will be expected to participate in the monitoring of the Bank’s high yield asset portfolio. Examining exposures to the private sector, you’ll help the team to identify key risks, you’ll support credit decisions on waivers, restructuring and other amendments, and you’ll gain insight into a wide array of sectors and financial products.

During your 23 months on the programme you will rotate through three six-month placements in our London Headquarters and undertake one five-month assignment in one of our countries of operations. You'll start and finish the programme in London.
