* Proactively manage all online sub channels to deliver the target application, account, and cost of acquisition by product and sub channel * Apply a rigorous analyse, hypothesise, test, learn, rollout methodology to increase leads, conversion to applications, conversion to accounts. * Formulate and manage a pipeline of tests to constantly increase the volume and quality of leads for each product and sub channel. * Develop new online products and sub channels, from idea generation, through scoping, approval, test, to rollout. * Apply an analytical approach to channel management, using tools including Hitwise, google analytics, Omniture to grow leads, applications and accounts from existing and new sources and sub channels. * Develop and update a competitor action plan, with a risk based approach to anticipating competitor activity. * Formulate the annual budget and acquisition targets. * Lead the team of channel managers in developing effective, efficient, creative, stretching marketing plans for each sub channel and the channel as a whole. * Develop and manage monthly and quarterly sales campaigns for each sub channel. * Maximise the cross-channel opportunities - both from offline channels (such as Direct Mail) as well as between the online sub channels. * Lead the relationship with our online digital agency, designate, who create and maintain our websites. * Manage the website technical build process and collaborating with designate IT infrastructure team. * Oversee the relationships with our Natural Search, Paid Search, Media Planning and other online agencies. * Build online reputation, to increase brand awareness, affinity and leads. * Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to ensure that the online team, the marketing team and the wider population have all key metrics and reporting. * Evaluate the economic impact of programs, campaigns and opportunities.
