About the job:As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working in the Supply Chain division. Your objective will be the coordinationYour main responsabilities:-Propose the short and medium term strategies, objectives and responsibilities of the department-Implement and follow strategies established by the Management.-Plan and organize the work of his/her direct collaborators.-Monitor the department budget.-Represent the department in dialogues with customers and suppliers.-Propose new standard operating procedures.-Monitor compliance to quality, prevention and environmental standards in the department.-Prepare balanced scorecards for the department.-Attend General Meetings of the Department.-Ensure the flow of information to direct collaborators regarding company issues.-Propose training activities of department personnel.-Evaluate the department team and propose changes in conditions and promotions to the Management.-Train and motivate the department team.-Define the functions of his/her collaborators, and be responsible for their application, review and evaluation.-Participate in the selection of new collaborators-Be responsible for the incorporation and communication of new employees in the department.-Assume and transmit the company’s culture and values.
Requirements:We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:Qualifications:-International trade or Business administration (Technical School or University)-High level of English and Spanish essential.Experience:-Minimum 3 years working in a Customer Service department in a pharmaceutical international environment.-The knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry is required.Soft Skills:-Polite kind-Exigent-Customer oriented-Analytical-Creative
