Your Challenge


1. Study and clarify customer concerns

a. Review and summarize available technical reports issued by Toyota Distributors
b. Investigation of warranty claim data to detect / analyze concerns
c. Hands-on investigation of recovered parts
d. Duplicate phenomenon and gather eventual supplementary info from distributors and dealers to study actual customer problem

2. Promote root cause investigation / countermeasure activity

a. Investigate problem parts with supplier to find actual root cause
b. Opening of worldwide concern registration sheet to track progress
c. Visualize progress of problem solving activity to related Toyota teams
d. Negotiation with suppliers and design to obtain implementation of counter measure
e. Follow-up problem until resolution is implemented, including provision of service parts to the network across Europe

3. Prevent recurrence and Kaizen mindset
a. Continuously focus on how to prevent the same concern in the future
b. Always looking for improvements in your own activity

Your Assets


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCE
• MSc or BSc with minimum 1 year experience in similar function
• Good analytical and logical deduction skill
• Stress resistance and good personal organizational skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of quality processes and tools is an asset
• And last but not least a passion for cars

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• General mechanical / automotive knowledge
• Technical problem diagnosis experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

LANGUAGES:
• English (good spoken and written knowledge)
• Any other European language is an asset.
