The GMS-GEII Process leader is responsible for supporting & advising business HRMS having employees in GEII. He/she is also responsible for GMS processes, for advising GME,s on the Spanish labour legislation and coordinating all stakeholders to ensure compliance management and quality in the process . Essential Responsibilities:Act as GMS point of contact providing GMS oversight and subject matter expertise in Spain Work across different stakeholders to ensure GMS processes are conducted properly Keep GMS Standard Operating Procedures up to date Support GMS initiatives and projects . Provide Global income reporting & payroll information to Genpact team on a monthly basis Partner with vendors to ensure compliant management of all processes & provide all documentation, information & support they might require about Relocations for schooling + houses leases Work with Sagardoy as immigration supplier for immigration processes (for GMEs + Energy short term employee coming to Spain) Work with E&Y for payroll / taxes related issues, employee requests Work across geographic and organizational boundaries to support GEII client groups as a facilitator for any need that may arise from businessesDevelop a solid relationship with HRMs in country as member of the Spanish HR Council Champion Health & Safety Committee by conducting QTR meetings , supporting initiatives on site Interact with Work Councils representatives in GEII Monitor compliance and controllership for any labour & legal requirements impacting GEII (ex. Disabled employees) and its different working locations. Involvement in GEII Pension Plan Commission activities Represent company / business upon any request from local administrative authorities Gathering and channelling payroll variable data for GEII, supporting and coordinating HRM and Employees
Essential Excellent knowledge of local labour legislationKnowledge of expatriates legislationExperience of a HR or Operations process ownership role in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environmentDecisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervisionExperience of driving strong performance from third-party suppliers & remote teamsAbility to prioritise multiple tasks & work to deadlinesConfidentiality & controllership mindsetHigh level of focus on quality and accuracy.Fluency in local language and EnglishExcellent communication & presentation skills and ability to build credibility with the customer quickly. Excellent customer care and relationship management skills and ability to manage customer requirements and fulfil Service Level Agreements. Capable of managing customer escalations and dealing with complex customer queries confidently.Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
