Productivity team main responsibility is to support continuous productivity improvement in Toyota’s European Manufacturing Operations through:•Development of yearly productivity improvement plan in co-operation with other divisions and plants •Validation and analysis of monthly productivity results in each plant, finding out root causes of variations and develop effective reports based on it •Development of operation standard times, based on Toyota Production System principles, for new manufacturing projects •Support European manufacturing plants to develop productivity management cycle towards Toyota Motor Corporation best practices. Your ChallengeYou develop yearly productivity KPIs improvement plan in co-operation with other divisions and the manufacturing plants You are responsible for supporting manufacturing plants to develop effective productivity reports, based on analysis, to visualise monthly results You analyze headcounts requirement linked to future production plan to support management decision process You validate ideal benchmark times to produce a good quality product for European manufacturing operation with regards to the introduction of new Vehicle, Transmission or Engines projects in Europe You co-operate with IS department for the maintenance and improvement of Toyota unique productivity system.
-University Degree, preferably in engineering or mathematics -Less than 18 months work experience -Knowledge of manufacturing area is an asset -Experience in time study techniques and operation improvement activities through Kaizen techniques are assets. -Good communication skills to summarize complex issues -Good negotiation and coordination skills -Analytical mindset with abilities to draw conclusions based on facts and target objectives -Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable ones -Pragmatic problem solver -Ability to work independently in multi-disciplined teams -Dynamic team player International-minded and willing to travel (10%) -Fluent in English, any others European language is an asset -Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Access knowledge is an asset).
