Funciones:

The candidate will be responsible for the management and oversight of key business programs, projects and process within the Energy Health Services team.

Essential Responsibilities


Perform business process gap analysis and coordinate gap closures with defined stakeholders
Manage multi-stakeholder projects to defined timelines and budgets
Manage key Health Service programs across their lifecycle, measure impact and improve performance
Identify waste and defects and lead change to remove from Health Service clinic and business operations
Implement business process standards and measure performance to same
Facilitate business and regulatory compliance for assigned responsibilities
Coordinate data privacy education and issue resolution
Key point of contact for Energy HS program leads with EHS and Sourcing
Develop and manage assigned supplier relations to define performance criteria
Support redesign efforts as indicated - Health and Productivity, Health Promotion, Occupational Medicine, Compliance
Commitment to quality – readiness to acquire GB certification within 24 months of hire

Perform the following business responsibilities:
Merger and Acquisition Integration Support
Project Management and Program Administration
Health and Wellbeing Program Management
Supplier Management Coordination

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
Strong experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a large matrix organization
Proven years’ experience in supplier management
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data and assure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
Experience in working successfully in a matrixed environment
English speaking
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30 % of time


Desired Characteristics

Experience in Corporate Health Service Operations outside the US
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health or other business or health services discipline
Excellent communication skills. Ability to implement initiatives to multiple stakeholders
Organized and goal directed
Able to speak fluently in one or more European languages
Understanding of lean / quality improvement principles, Six Sigma
