As a Level 1 Helpdesk Agent, you will be working in a new project and reporting to a teamleader. Your objective will be to provide customer service to the client via phone, web and e-mail.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Taking incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical problems.
-Handling challenging IT situations.
-Responding to incoming emails.
-Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations.
-Show good communication skills, and provide excellent customer service responses.

Qualifications
-Native level of English


Experience
-Previous experience with or interest in IT (training will be provided)
-Experience in customer service is a plus
