As a Level 1 Helpdesk Agent, you will be working in a new project and reporting to a teamleader. Your objective will be to provide customer service to the client via phone, web and e-mail.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-Taking incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical problems.-Handling challenging IT situations. -Responding to incoming emails.-Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations. -Show good communication skills, and provide excellent customer service responses.
