Toyota Motor Europe R&D centre, Homologation Department is responsible for:

-Certification/accreditation of Toyota vehicles to indicate that they meet the regulatory standards.
-Homologation activities consist of:
Project Management
Compliance check
Data/drawing management
Homologation document preparation
Homologation vehicle test
Certification
Certificate of Conformity

Your Challenge

You will take responsibility in the handling of the Certificate of Conformity by:

Planning & checking the data-files for correct info

Manage the translations procedure to the European languages
Window for process & system changes together with IT service
Information exchange with 3th parties:

Homologation website – coordination of data uploads and future developments
Manage process of questionnaires towards distributors (NMSC’s) (technical/legislation)
Manage the Homologation Memo/Newsletters
Support data drawing collection from designers (vehicle projects):

-Planning of the data/drawing collection activity for project
-Manage Global Certification Information System data input by designer
-Collect Homologation drawings from designers
-Organise/control the data/drawing check meetings with designers

Background: Engineering/technical background is not required but an advantage
Experience in process control & database management is an advantage
Fluent in English
Microsoft Office: normal usage

Consensus-builder to convince stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines
