FUNCTIONS:
- Direct contact with the customer - Workers presence control - Preparing contracts, wage advances, IT´s, unemployment documents, transfers. - Archiving of documentation - Follow up with customer - Manage PPI (Personal protective equipment) - Claim and receiving timesheets - Contact and managing with Public agencies, Social Security, INEM, banks ... - Review of incidents of salaries, Social Security
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualification: Labour Relations or Psychology degree or other university or postgraduate degree; - Specific skills: Advanced user of MS Office package; - Languages: English bilingual, Scandinavian languages will be a plus; - Experience in selection or management of personnel;
