Conversion, a GE Energy Company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide HR Leadership to the Rotating Machines facility in Rugby, Warwickshire UK.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR leadership, coaching and generalist support for Rotating Machines in Rugby, work closely with functional and business HR community across other Energy businesses represented in the Region
2. Provide leadership for implementation of business and GE HR initiatives
3. Drive key HR processes including staffing, organisation design, EMS & Session C, leadership & employee development, compensation planning, Leadership
4. Coaching, & Performance Management
5. Work with local leadership to enhance the expertise of the Employee population, including the development & implementation of initiatives to support future growth.
6. Plan and lead the identification, selection and retention of talent. Partner with the staffing COE to ensure a consistent approach to recruitment
7. Ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent using rigorous performance management techniques e.g. leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees and candid and timely performance feedback
8. Drive HR process improvement and simplification
9. Implement engagement initiatives, and manage Employee Relations to optimise the company’s relationship with employees
10. Work closely with the HR & business leadership on organization design and implementing organizational change Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information.
11. Serve as an employee advocate, balancing fair labour employment standards, GE policy and business needs
12. Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain data integrity

| Requisitos: |
1. Degree-qualified in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other HR-related disciplines.
2. Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD)
3.HR Generalist experience with excellent knowledge of Employment law and experience of working with Trade Unions
4. Demonstrated success in development and application of up-to-date practice in employee relations, HR policy formulation, recruitment and staffing, training and development
5. Excellent execution abilities, courage, tough-minded, savvy in client interactions, ability to effectively push back and challenge the status quo.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environments
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills
8. High energy level, drive with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach
9. Fluency in English (oral and written) will be required for this role
10. Ability to work in a matrix environment.
