Reporting to the Operations Manager and supervising a team of 5 people, the successful candidate will have as mission to determine and manage the most effective ways to use the basic factors of production (people, machines, materials, information, and energy), so will have the following functions:

Functions

- Coordinate the department
- Monitoring production processes
- Write, updating, control work instructions.
- Design tooling and fixtures to assemble, and inspect vehicle quality parts.
- Input inspection data into the statistical process control system and analyze processes
- Work with Quality Assurance department to reduce production costs
- Work with manufacturing to reduce the time to bring new parts into production
- Work in other departments in order to level work loads
- Train operator to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
- Give feedback information about material modification to related department
- Set-up and continuously improve the work station and general manufacturing processes.
- Manage, lead and promote the maintenance team

Requirements
- Graduate of university with Engineering or Mechanical background
- Experience in automotive Industry or similar (6 to 8 years)
- Leadership experience as a supervisor or team leader in IE Function (3 years).
- High level of English.

Desirable:
- Knowledge on refrigeration systems
- SAP/ AutoCAD knowledge.
- High level of Chinese
