Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the selected candidate will have the following responsabilities:
- Contribute to the investment/divestment processes and be responsible for assets valued at several hundred million euros: prepare/review investment/divestment opportunities, conduct due diligence, execute property transactions until closing, control the execution of (re)developments and major capital expenditures.
- Manage a portfolio of assets in the "owner's role": asset diagnosis, review of quarterly results, semi-annual valuations, and oversee external valuations.
- Contributing to major strategic deals, you will be in frequent contact with corporate finance, investment and operating management teams, the Management Board of the company, as well as banks, investors and legal/tax advisors and have the opportunity to prove.

| Requisitos: |
- Education: Engineering or BA in Business Administration or Finance as a minimum. Postgraduate studies desirable.
- Experience: 4-5 years experience in investment banking or investments/divestments in a real state company.
- Other: Knowledge in real estate investment and perhaps a first experience of project management of investment/divestment deals.
- Advanced English level, both oral and written. A third language would be a plus. Advanced user of Excel and Internet.
