We are searching a MARKETING ASSISTANT to join a multinational company located in Alcobendas.

We can offer a temporary job for six months, but there are many posibilities to continue during other six months.

These are main task:

- Support the loyalty scheme management in all the areas: logistics and operations; partners; processes and reporting.
- Develop and implement the new projects in the loyalty area. Operations aspects, reporting & control of the project, implementation of new developments including pilots. Projects to improve system business tools
- Responsible for reporting: creation of MI and KPIs to control and manage the loyalty scheme in Iberia.
- Collaborating with the Iberia Loyalty Logistics Coordinator in some activities, as: catalogue launch, inventories...
- Loyalty budget control for Spain. Regarding specific aspects of the loyalty scheme.
- Creation of purchase order in SAP system.

- University degree
- Spanish & English mandatory. Portuguese valuable
- Experience in Marketing (preferable Retail processes knowledge)
- Experience in operations & sales
- Access and Excel advance knowledge and basic for Visio application.
- Capabilities to adapt to new environments for IT system or tools.
