Reporting to the Overseas Operations Manager, the Senior Representative will lead a small team responsible for representing Jet2holidays at the airport, and in resort throughout the duration of our customers’ holidays. Along with the team, you will meet customers at the airport, visit them in the resort and ensure our customers are looked after in an efficient and professional manner. In addition, you will be the team’s first point of contact for advice, working with our local agents and our colleagues at Jet2.com to represent Jet2holidays values at all time, whilst making sure our branding is in line with Company standards.

If you have experience of working in a similar position as a resort team leader and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then apply today. Intermediate / fluent Spanish is required.
