Reporting to the Senior Representative, you will work in a small team responsible for representing Jet2holidays at the airport, and in resort throughout the duration of our customers' holidays. Along with the team, you will meet customers at the airport, visit them in the resort and ensure our customers are looked after in an efficient and professional manner. In addition, you will work with our local agents and our colleagues at Jet2.com to represent Jet2holidays values at all time, whilst making sure our branding is in line with Company standards.
If you have experience of working in a similar position and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then apply today.
