Reporting to the Marketing Director, your resonsabilities will be: * Manage all action plans for Lighters & Other Products in-line with the European marketing guidelines and Group priorities and in cooperation with the local sales management team: - National in store promotion plan (European proposals extended for local initiatives) - Trade promotions / channel (incentives) - Consumer support (sampling events, couponing, in-pack gifts) - Advertising (trade and consumer) - Local negotiations with licenses and royalty reporting *Present the action plans to the local sales team * Analyze, together with the Category Manager, the market data, panels and sales figures and communicate on our local market position, price positioning, competitors, strengths, weaknesses and market opportunities to the HQ, the local management and the sales team * Identify local opportunities and recommendations based on analysis of market data and field research * Manage the Marketing budges * Prepare new product launches * Manage the monthly Sales forecasting

| Requisitos: |
- Higher education with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Marketing, Project Management) - FMCG background is a must - Product Management experience - Knowledge of the market and customer - Good presentation skills - Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating system especially Power-Point - Financial awareness e.g. P&L's, Budgets - Understanding of forecasting is an asset - Excellent communication skills - Drive & passion for results - Project management & planning skills, ability to analyze and provide clear recommendations - Strong capacity to prioritize & manage time efficiently - Flexible & adaptable - Independent, organized and creative - Real team player - High level of English is essential.
