Execute and monitor all necessary actions to keep the plant running in a safe, stable and continuous manner, in compliance with all operational and EHS procedures and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

Reporting to Shift Supervisor will have the following responsibilities.

• Operate and monitor the plant from control room and doing regular patrolling in a safe and efficient manner, to ensure performance guarantees, and in compliance with operational procedures and EHS regulations.

• Actively participate and periodically assist to all activities included in the plant Environmental, Health and Safety program.

• Ensure accurate and complete records are kept and maintained of all plant operations and in the Plant and Operators log.

• As required, perform basic maintenance routines and plant inspections as well.

• Support all Quality Assurance processes and future initiatives as well.

• Contribute to write new operating procedures.

• Technical degree or equivalent

• 1-5 years experience in similar positions in an industrial plant.

• Work on shifts

• High interpersonal skills.

• Risponsabile, organized and disciplined person.

• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, Internet, etc.)
