Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the control, implementation and execution of the company projects, internal departments and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Coordinating program activities with different internal departments and working teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, etc), OEM client and suppliers.
- Ensuring program KPIs:quality, equipment cycle time, costs, timings, etc
- Maintaining and updating Master Timeline on the program; APQP open issues list and status matrix for assembly and components.
- Suggesting and implementing ad hoc continuous improvements and cost reduction projects.
- Reporting to General Manager and Headquarters.

| Requisitos: |
Experience required:
- Mandatory previous relevant experience as program/product/launch manager within the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry in Tanger is a must
- Automotive product components knowledge
Specific knowledge:
- PC literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, access, etc)
- OEM's management tools.
- General automotive inicators: FMEA, APQP, PAP, etc.
Soft skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Team player
- A result driven problem solver
- Able to work with full autonomy, responsibility and professionalism
Language skills:
Fluent level of French will be a must.
Fluent level in English and Spanish are mandatory.
