ROLE PURPOSE
A. To identify potential new business opportunities with existing clients. B. To maintain and manage the company's existing relationship with a client or group of clients. C. To deliver high quality projects on time and budget, meeting the demand from Golden Gekko’s clients
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Customer Management • Manage, and continuously develop, existing accounts to generate more-sales. • Perform Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities such as email updates, etc. • Meet individual sales targets, as well as contribute to meet the overall sales targets of the team. • Create and conduct proposal presentations. • Put together proposals including timelines, scope, risk analysis, cost and resources. • Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales. Coordinating of the project • Manage change requests during the project. • Set up contract and SLA for each project with the partner. • Plan including setting up the project Wiki pages and tickets for internal tasks. • Management and coordination of the scope including feature list, wireframes and design • Ongoing project coordination with third party, TPO and client. • Weekly reporting to the client and to management meeting on progress of all projects. Delivery of the project • Ensure the quality of the delivered project lives up to the requirements of the client. • Set up Use Cases for the project. • Agree on target devices and plan time for testing with internal test team. Support the Head of Account management in his/ her daily operations and might from time to time be requested to assist with tasks outside what is outlined in this document.
