As part of Supply Chain Division, the Quality Manager main responsibilities are: To lead and supervise the design and implementation of Quality and Environment procedures, taking into account Tetra Pak's Quality and Environment regulations and Supply Chain Director. To implement, improve and maintain Quality Maintenance System (in WCM), with the aim of optimizing our processes and maximizing our customers' satisfaction. Functions:
-To define, maintain and update control plans of the productive process' areas, in order to reduce waste and claims from customers to ensure compliance with the specifications of the final product.
-To lead the process of quality lost eradication, by constantly implementing and improving the Quality maintenance system through the Quality Pillar.
- To promote and facilitate Environment Pillar activities so the environmental impact of the packages' manufacturing process can be minimized.
- As part of WCM Committee, to participate in implementing and promoting at all levels, the WCM methodology.
- To contribute to achieve Supply Chain strategic objectives.
- To supervise the activities in the area of quality that are related to raw materials.
- To guarantee the requirement´s accomplishment of customer´s external audits and certification organisms, in order to assure the fulfilment of Quality and Environment System regulations, in compliance with current standards ISO-9001, ISO-14001, BRC, FDA, and EU Eco- Management and Audit Regulation.
- To be responsible for the management and solution of customers' claims related to packaging material and the proposal of corrective/preventive actions.
- To advise and cooperate with different areas (Supply Chain Integration, Sales, Communication, Technical Service) and customers, regarding quality and environmental issues that involve packaging material, process and food safety.

| Requisitos: |
- University degree, Engineering preferred.
- Experience in quality assurance departments within an industrial environment.
- Wide knowledge of WCM.
- Specific knowledge of quality techniques and regulations ((ISO 9000, ISO 14000, EMAS, BRC, FDA)
- High command of both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel within Spain and abroad.
