The ESRF recruits internationally about 100 people per year, with a large proportion of these being scientists and highly qualified technical staff. Within the Personnel Service, you will report to the Head of Personnel and your main tasks will be: - participation to the recruitment process (50% of your working time): - planning and follow-up of vacancies and producing statistics on recruitment, - information on vacancies in the 19 ESRF Member and Scientific Associate countries, - contribute to the whole recruitment process (job opening, job description, pre-selection of profiles, interviews and tests organisation in both English and French, preparation and evaluation meetings, formalizing of salary proposal and offer), - advising supervisors on selection and integration - follow-up of internal recruitment and mobility issues. - ensure other tasks within the Personnel Service (50% of your time) involving your contribution in different areas covered by the Personnel Service.

| Requisitos: |
You should hold a university degree (Master, DESS or equivalent diploma) linked to Human Resources. You should have first-hand experience in recruitment, if possible, of scientific and technical staff and/or a few years experience in a Human Resources department. You should be familiar with the use of databases. Your ability to work in a team is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory. The interviews are performed in English, which is the working language at the ESRF.
A good level in French is also necessary.
