Focused on selling LED based systems within the Southern European Signage segment. Successful achievement of financial objectives including achieving sales targets & market share objectives. Geographic coverage includes France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provides on-going technical and training support for new and existing channel partners’ - Develop strategic business plans and channel partners in region - Responsible for developing successful Distributor and OEM relationships - Execute new product launches into the market - Analyze the market and competition, paying particular attention to trends and new application opportunities - Active participation in key industry functions - Communicate clearly and consistently to Senior Management in regard to pricing strategy, business development goals and current market conditions. - Work with Marketing to formulate advertising, marketing, PR and communications plan to support sales and to build brand equity and awareness - Develop and deliver sales presentations in coordination with the EMEA Sales Director, Sales Development Manager and Product Line Management - Approximately 60% travel required in the region. Periodic trips to the United States.

| Requisitos: |
- Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum five years commercial sales experience, specializing in Lighting (LED) or technology-oriented industry. Technical expertise beneficial - Advanced fluency in English together with native language
- Must be proficient in the following areas: - Sales channel development - Regional market analysis - Channel Partner account plan development and reviews
- Proven ability to develop and communicate Channel Partner requirements and end user specifications - Must be accomplished at developing strong business relationships that drive revenue and new business development - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the organization - Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and project management skills - Ability to successfully multi-task - Strong computer skills with particular proficiency in MS Office - Must embrace and demonstrate GE values - Position requires an experienced individual who can succeed at all levels within an organization from Managing Director to technical support
Desired Characteristics
- Semiconductor, electrical or lighting component sales experience - BA/BS – Electrical Engineering or Business - Fluency in English, French, Italian and Spanish
