Based in Drachten, The Netherlands, and reporting directly to the
manufacturing director, this role involves the improvement and
development of rubber compounds allowing our company to
manufacture top quality products. The rubber compounder will
manage projects regarding new products and/or cost effectiveness
and implements new developments into our manufacturing process.
The role also includes acting as a troubleshooter regarding rubber
compound issues and keeping well maintained records of all actions
taken.

| Requisitos: |
- Have a proven track record of achievement as a compounder
within a rubber producing company;
- Have successfully completed chemical and/or technical
education to at least bachelor degree level;
- Demonstrate strong social / communicative skills and should be
able to transfer knowledge onto others and into systems;
- Be trustworthy;
- Have enthusiasm, a positive attitude and be a strong team
player;
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably also
in Dutch.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to live within a reasonable
distance of Drachten in The Netherlands.
