Responsibilities

Develop high quality customer service through the answering of customer enquiries.
You will be directly responsible in contributing towards and maintaining business defined targets and deadlines.

Excellent time management skills.
Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach.
The use of a database to track all sales appointments and record all customer information.
The process of sales orders and basic accounting.

The Person

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and have previous sales support experience.
You must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

The salary for this position is dependent upon experience and is within the range of 16-24k €
