Job tasks
You will act as the local technical expert with in-depth understanding of all Milestone product offerings. You will be supporting the sales team in connection with the development and implementation of solutions primarily at medium and large customers and/or in connection with customized solutions.

Our job will also include:
• Performing demonstration sessions of our products to partners and customers.
• Contributing to a continuous product training of sales people, partners and distributors.
• Examining tenders and preparing the technical part (response) to the offer.
• Hands-on and technical assistance in connection with preparation and setting up of exhibitions, events, customer meetings, etc.
• Answer incoming e-mails and phones.
• Different ad hoc tasks, such as technical quality assurance of marketing materials.

The job requires some travelling in Spain and Portugal, and sometimes abroad to other Milestone offices primarily in Europe.

Professional qualifications
For you to have success in the job it is required that you have
•Solid expertise in software combined with an interest in hardware.
•A technical background combined with in-depth knowledge of IT, especially networks and the Windows platform.
•Extensive knowledge in IP networks.
It is preferably if you have an IT engineering background.

Milestone Systems is an international company, and corporate language is English. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English in writing and orally besides being fluent in Spanish. If you speak Portuguese and/or other languages it is a plus.
