Funciones

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: 

To drive our sales and customer satisfaction on Spanish market in order to achieve national sales, distribution and trade marketing targets.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning:
- Cooperate on development of country business plan that is aligned with the overall company business strategy.
- Develop and implement distribution plan which meets the company's market, brand and channel objectives.
- Collect relevant market data and perform analysis mapping the progress in implementation of distribution plan and achievement of company´s market, brand and channel objectives.

2. Customer acquisition:
- Lead acquisition of new customers within the prioritised channels.
- Identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions, customer oriented negotiation and closing.
- Provide product expertise to the customer.

3. Account management:
- Develop and maintain key distribution channels and customers in assigned markets in order to maximise volume and account profitability.
- Lead negotiations with B2B customers.
- Negotiate the optimum trading terms and conditions with each customer in terms of price, range, investment, support plan. 
- Develop and implement joint business plans for key customers.
- Coordinate trade marketing support for all in-market activations in close cooperation with trade marketing functions.
- Implement creative and effective brand promotions. Provide detailed pre and post analysis and evaluations for all activities.
- Regular reporting explaining any variances on volume, profit and promotional spend against the original business plan.

4. Resource management:
- Manage assigned sales budget with close cooperation with trade marketing functions.
- Work effectively with resources to ensure agreed level of profitability.

Requisitos

- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in managing and developing Key Accounts in Spain.
- Working knowledge of inter-related functions and their impact on business (trade marketing etc.).
- Results oriented, very well organized.
- Very good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Independent in problem identification and resolution.
- Flexible, able to learn new things. 
- Service oriented- customer oriented. 
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, driving licence.
- Fluency in Spanish and English - daily business application.
- Ideal place of residence (Madrid and surroundings or Barcelona and surroundings).
- Willingness to work as contractor for the start of the cooperation.
