Our client is a worldwide leader in the specialty lighting market and is operating successfully for more than 40 years on the international markets. The cinema market, semiconductor, printed circuit board, plastics and printing industry as well as customers in the automotive, food and furniture market use their products if highest reliability is requested or economically as well as technically optimized products are a necessity. Their strength is to listen to the requests of professional users, to support and to provide profound advice and to incorporate customer demands in customized solutions.
Our client has more than 4500 employees and an outstanding product variety. The HQ is located in Japan. In Europe, our client is present with four daughter companies: in the Netherlands, France, Germany and the UK. For our client we are currently recruiting an experienced, self starting, stand alone Sales Manager who will have a main focus on the cinema business within the South European region. He/she is also expected to further develop other markets than the cinema business.

Do you speak fluently English, Italian and Spanish? Do you have an industrial technical (no ICT technical) and a commercial background? Do you have a proven track record in consultative selling? We are looking for an experienced Technical oriented Sales Manager who will be commercially responsible for the following countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
The sales manager is responsible for the visual lighting product portfolio in the Southern European region. In this highly dynamic and independent role, you will be travelling about 50% of your time in your sales region, with a main focus on Spain and Italy. The other 50% you will work from your home office or a rented office space.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Extend market share of the before mentioned product portfolio - Acquisition of new customers and further develop current customers via consultative selling and partnerships - Develop marketing and sales strategies - Investigate new market potential - Support and advise customers with technically and commercially appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal stake holders such as the technical team for customized products

| Requisitos: |
- Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish is a must (if you do not speak these languages fluently, we unfortunately can not take your application into consideration) - A proven industrial technical commercial track record - Five years sales experience - Good communication skills; able to communicate and negotiate on various levels - Experience in developing partnerships - Independent self starter, and result driven relationship manager with a good sense of humor - Able to think strategically but act operationally - Willingness to travel (+/- 50%)
