Responsabilities:
As a highly visible part of our senior management team, you- ll play a key role in the development of your specific Fulfillment Centre operation. In fact, taking charge of everything from building metrics and performance to driving the delivery of our business plan, you- ll be instrumental in shaping its success. And while most of your time will be spent supporting our daily operations, creating commercially astute annual plans and boosting our productivity, we- ll also expect you to own our finance function. That means getting to grips with budgets and cost flow analysis, building business cases for our capital expenditure and giving expert support to our General Manager. And whether you- re putting forward solutions to other senior managers or travelling internationally to meet our teams overseas, you- ll build strong relationships every step of the way.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a large scale international Operational Excellence / Analysis or Financial Analysis operational environment
- Proven people and function management expertise
- Experience of owning / fulfilling an analytically led Finance role, ideally within an international fast paced operations environment or e-commerce environment
- Mandatory Technical Expertise: in-depth knowledge of planning and analysis tools; solution driven approach to system and process; advanced computer literacy (Advanced Excel with possible VBA Macro skills, Access); Oracle Financials or similar GL / sub-ledger system; Data-warehouse analysis
- Desirable Technical Expertise: SQL (programming level)
- Project Management- scope projects, coordinate workload, and communicate effectively with customers
- Candidates will be degree qualified in a business/ finance or similar discipline with analytical bias. MBA is desirable
- Languages: Spanish speaker, fluent in English.

Commercially minded and analytical, you- ll bring us an impressive background in managing people, functions and projects in a large-scale operations environment. You- ll also need a business or finance degree, and you- ll have what it takes to take control of an analytically led finance role on an international scale. But more than your drive, communication skills and confidence delivering in a fast-paced e-commerce setting, you- ll have a solutions-driven approach to systems and processes and a wealth of technical know-how.
