Funciones

Reporting To The Strategic Account Team Manager, ThYou will drive profitable growth for the Strategic Account, learn and understand the Accounts' business, culture, policies and procedures, communication preferences, and political sensitivities, Maintain and expand mid and high level relationships with strategically important customers, Lead the B2B Alignment of the Customer Management Team. Develop, lead and implement Account Strategies and resulting Strategic Account Plans and Strategic Site Plans-SSPs.

Your  Responsibilities are the main essential duties, tasks, and responsibilities, which make up the daily activities of the individual working in this position will be (but not limited to): Assigned Strategic Accounts. You will be responsible of the development and Implementation of winning Strategic Account Plans, You will Lead xBU & Coordinate BU activities into the Account, representing the entire range of company products, services and solutions, Engage the Strategic Account Core Team in understanding how we might better serve the customer both on an enterprise-wide basis and site basis, Drive financial performance for the account (e.g., sales, revenue and profitability) and run account operations, Strategize ways of strengthening the relationship, increase loyalty and market participation, Build and leverage a deep understanding of both the industry and market in which the client operates, as well as an intimate knowledge of the client's business to influence the client's business strategies.

Requisitos

The ideal candidate will have Experience Qualified a BS in Engineering or technical field and have at least 8-10 years of sales leadership, account management experience or related industry marketing experience in the industry of Refining and Oil & Gas. In Addition, The Following Skills And Competencies Will Be Required Strong business acumen, Ability to manage strategic vision and purpose in business-to-business alliance, Ability to understand Customer business and success factors, Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, Exceptional skills at developing and managing relationships, Ability to build a strong and effective Strategic Account Core Team and compelling vision for the team, Creating and executing a winning Strategic Account Plan that directly address business objectives and contributes to greater customer satisfaction and growth in sales, Good command of English language, Previous Site/End User experience will be highly considered.
