The purpose of the role is to plan and coordinate all operations in the warehouse. While you will be reporting to the General Manager, you will also receive directives from the Director of Warehouse Operations at Head Office. You will also be required to hire and train staff and deal with disciplinary issues accordingly.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Working closely with freight forwarders and coordinating shipments from Canada and China to Spain;
-Planning and coordinating the delivery and distribution of goods to various store locations within Spain ;
-Daily tasks including: opening and closing the warehouse, making sure stock is stored correctly and safely, completing paperwork and submitting to accounting, directing staff on orders to pick/pack/ship;
-Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse including the proper order and storage of all goods;
-Routine troubleshooting and follow up on late shipments, damaged merchandise, lost boxes, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum college diploma in administration or management;
-1 -3 years of experience in logistics and managing a warehouse;
-Good decision-making skills;
-The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
-Good spoken and written communication skills in both Spanish and English;
-Leadership, motivational and team-working abilities
