For our team in Barcelona we are currently looking for 

• Within a busy, friendly and sociable team, this role operates in a fast paced environment, thus needing a highly organized and driven individual 
• Recruit top talents for our new location in Barcelona
• Full-cycle recruitment to include: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment centers and reference checks
• Evaluate labour market conditions, analyse hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback 
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer process, including reference checks

• 3+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
• Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies
• Experience approaching candidates
• Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving and team-based environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in  English are essential
