EMEA Learning & Development Consultant

You will

Lead the roll out of corporate development programs and initiatives (including delivery and evaluation) dedicated to leaders across EMEA region (e.g. Global First Line Leader Development programs, training on IP Leadership Model, Performance & Development Roadmap process, etc.)
Participate in adapting corporate programs to local business needs
Support design and implementation of new or revised regional / local programs as needed by the business
Provide hands-on training delivery and workshop facilitation in the EMEA region as required (e.g. change process, train the trainer, etc.)
Consult and assist business leaders with leadership development needs as requested
Act as an in-house development coach – when needed
Serve as a certified facilitator of the corporate 360 survey process
Manage external training providers when required
Produce learning materials for in-house programs
Support communication and marketing efforts to promote L&D offer across organization
Manage training programs administration
Travel to local offices across the EMEA region (up to 70% of role)

You have

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree - preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing business within a global organization
Solid experience in training delivery in management & soft skills subjects Few years of work experience in HR leadership role with training / leadership development exposure – would be an asset
Solid knowledge of learning methods and learning trends
Demonstrated abilities in developing learning and development initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
A strong result orientation
Consultative approach to work, with the ability to tailor and deliver training content to a variety of audiences and job roles
Collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly
Flexibility to travel regularly as needed
Fluency in English and French or Italian or Spanish – at minimum.
Additional languages incl. Turkish, Russian, Polish – would be an asset
Coaching certification would be an asset
Additional certifications with psychological diagnostic tools - would be an asset

You will be responsible for providing ongoing L&D support to IP EMEA business units having an opportunity to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds in a dynamic work environment.
