What we’re looking for: · Previous experience in sales, hospitality, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills · Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth · Good organisational and time management skills · Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively · Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service · Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and sales or CRM systems · Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment · Flexibility to attend meetings, events, and networking activities when required · A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills Additional requirements: · Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role within hospitality · Experience handling corporate accounts, group business, and event-related sales · Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans · Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis · Strong understanding of customer service standards and brand representatio
