Profil recherché • Vous disposez d’une première expérience confirmée en Suisse dans le domaine des salaires, idéalement dans un environnement complexe et multi-sites. • Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du cycle de paie et êtes capable de le gérer de manière autonome, de la collecte des variables jusqu’aux contrôles et à la clôture. • Vous êtes à l’aise avec un volume important de données et avec la gestion de nombreuses variables, idéalement dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ou dans un environnement soumis à la CCNT. • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et savez gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément tout en respectant des délais parfois très courts. • Vous avez un excellent sens des priorités et êtes capable de faire face aux imprévus inhérents à notre activité. • Vous comprenez les enjeux des équipes opérationnelles et savez adapter votre approche aux réalités du terrain. • Vous appréciez être un véritable partenaire pour les managers et savez apporter un support fiable et pragmatique. • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, les indicateurs RH et l’analyse des données. • Vous faites preuve de curiosité et avez envie de comprendre les processus dans leur ensemble afin d’identifier des pistes d’amélioration. • Vous êtes autonome, fiable, discret(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la confidentialité. • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, qui est indispensable pour ce poste. La maîtrise de l’anglais constitue un réel atout. • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion des salaires. La connaissance de Mirus constitue un véritable atout.
