TIG Welder / Structural Fitter — Netherlands (Accommodation Support)

Must-Haves • EU citizenship or valid NL work permit. • English B1+ communication level. • Ability to read technical drawings and work independently with precision. • Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel, thin sheet). • Vocational background in structural fitting/welding (MBO level or similar) and 3–5 years relevant experience preferred. Nice to Have • Experience with MIG/MAG (stainless steel). • Familiarity with QRM and OEM component production. • Flexibility to support repairs/adjustments for customer change requests.
