Previous experience in a Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest service standards, and hotel management systems (PMS). Ability to manage multiple touchpoints simultaneously — reception, switchboard, reservations, and concierge — with composure and accuracy. Skilled in handling administrative tasks such as billing, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and approachable presence. Fluent in Italian, English, and German (mandatory); additional languages such as French are a strong plus.
