Skilled in handling administrative tasks such as billing, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and approachable presence. Fluent in Italian, English, and German (mandatory); additional languages such as French are a strong plus. Flexible, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about creating outstanding and personalised guest experiences in a 5-star setting.
