This is a new business development and sales role carrying out operational and tactical sales and marketing activities. The sales person will develop and maintain business development campaigns. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. This is a hunter role selling into multiple domains. Your Responsibilities: · ?Sales services across Products & Resources in Spain and to selected target clients, with special focus in Energy & Utilities. · ?Take direct responsibility and accountability for the entire process of contact identification to contract signing, in coordination and cooperation with local and global structure. · ?Identifying prospective clients & creating the go to market plan for the identified territory & understanding of technology and the industry vertical · ?Drive to generate revenues from new and emerging business work jointly with local Client Partner(s) to grow the pipeline of opportunities · ?Take direct responsibility for client stakeholder management · ?Assist in the development of marketing initiatives to promote existing and emerging services to the target base. · ?To ensure you achieve the quarterly and annual targets, across the mix of all business to include the professional services and consulting lines of business. · ?Develop in-depth understanding of our services and related solutions · ?Communicate the value the bring in solving business problems · ?Attend and man road shows, seminars and exhibitions · ?Complete necessary internal administration (monthly reports) and prepare appropriate letters/proposals/sales visits documentation for customers · ?Liaise closely with the delivery team(s), to provide pre and post-sales support and assistance to customers as required · ?Keep up to date with new supplier products and releases. Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with individual supplier Sales People (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) Perfil del candidato Your Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: · ?Strong IT and business network in Spain · ?A hunter. Generate leads and convert them into new customers · ?Solid domain knowledge of the Energy & Utilities industry, ideally with focus in the Oil & Gas industry. · ?Proven track record in selling service portfolio into new clients · ?Experience in selling services, especially in the areas of solution selling (technology and business) in multicultural environments. This includes the areas of application and infrastructure services, business process services, consulting and digital solutions · ?Proven track record carrying & achieving multi-million sales quota · ?Understanding of global delivery models · ?Experience working collaboratively with marketing team and internal key stakeholders · ?Understanding of the selling life cycle including demonstrated ability to build/close a funnel/pipeline over an extended period · ?Ability to articulate and evangelize technical ideas and value propositions to the sales and marketing teams for Software products and Services · ?Proficiency in English & Spanish Oferta de empleo Individual performer who relishes being the primary point of contact to facilitate the pursuit and delivery of consulting to meet customer business needs while achieving consulting orders, business development, and profitable contract negotiation
