One of the biggest call centres in Barcelona is hiring a native Finnish speaker for selling services to customers through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.


Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 * Respond to customers inquiries and orders through inbound telephone sales activities.
 * Manage web inquiries and orders, emails and post - sales related activities.
 * Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.
 * Work together with internal departments such as Customer Care, Engineers, ...
 * Actively create business opportunities and represent the company in all sales-oriented activities.


Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

 * Bachelor's or master's degree level.
 * Native Finnish Level and fluent English (Swedish or other European languages are a plus).
 * Experience on responding via telephone, web or e-mail customer orders.
 * Technical knowledge and communication skills - verbal, writing and listening.
 * Well-organized and high time management skills.


Job Offer

WHAT WE OFFER:

 * 39 hour a week contract from Monday to Friday (9h - 18h).
 * 21.500€ gross/year + performance bonus.
